I ordered several items from SHEIN. The first item came, the second item came, but the third and fourth orders were a pink cowgirl hat and a black jean skirt for my toddler granddaughter.

I got my last package, which belonged to someone else, full of men's and women's clothes. They reimbursed my money for the items I paid for and didn't receive. However, these cons won't pay for the postage, $19.79 I paid to ship their wrong order back to them.

Your error is not my issue to pay for. Now, had I kept the ?, you'd be trying to get me for stealing.

They are not bamboo sheets they ate hard and I cant sleep on them because I have discoid lupus(skin lupus) this is awful i will never order anything like this again my health depends on it. Even worse i cant reach you them and that makes it even the more frustrating this is my last order

After anxiously waiting for several weeks for my order, I was informed that my orders had been canceled. This was not a usual order, but it was slippers that were going to critically ill people in the hospital. This is very unsettling, and I won't be satisfied until Shein rectifies this matter.

Someone hacked my account in July and ordered a cellular phone. They realized it and refunded my money, but I didn't realize they changed my address until the order was processed.

I asked for them to not send it to 1404 Phillips Dr, but they did anyway. I got to change my address for two of my items ordered, but wouldn't let me change them all. The person who accepted my delivery was not me.

I ordered two sets of clothing says my package was delivered. I look at the picture the driver sent me.

They threw my package on the ground.
